Service Nation Summits 2024

Irving, Texas (January 3, 2024) – HVAC and plumbing contractors will want to mark their calendars for the ultimate learning and networking experience at the Service Nation Summit East and West in 2024. The East Summit will take place from February 27-29 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the West Summit is scheduled for April 16-18 in Reno, Nevada. Each summit includes a happy hour, evening event, and an awards lunch, providing ample opportunities to connect with industry peers and leaders.

Contractors have a contest to benefit from by registering early. A hotel suite contest is happening to sweeten the pot for contractors where they could win a free suite stay if they register by March 2nd for Reno.

Education offerings at both events feature industry experts discussing relevant business best practices tailored for HVAC and plumbing businesses. Attendees will learn from Service Nation staff all-stars such as Chris Michel, Carol Longacre, Jim Hinshaw, and Tom Peregrino, who will cover topics ranging from hiring and developing talent to sales success, leadership, management, and performance-based pay.

Contractors will also gain strategic insights from business leaders like Anna Addoms, Don Harris, Kristen and Justin Deese, Jenn Shue, Joe Cunningham, Rory Krueger, and Aaron Ruddick. Topics include AI in the trades, performance incentives, mastering financials, and more. Final details of educational offerings will become available closer to the convening of each event.

“In the past we offered only one spring event for our members. Now we’re excited to offer two spring events which reduces travel and makes it easier for mid-level managers to also attend,” said Tom Peregrino, president at Service Nation. “In addition, the Summits are now open for non-members to attend. We’ve ramped up our training and education to include implementation best practices and we’ve further increased networking opportunities. Most of our trainers are contractors who’ve been in the trenches and know how to take you to the next level.”

There will also be time designated each day for attendees to visit supplier tables, while enjoying some refreshments. Participating suppliers must be members of the Rewards program with Service Nation and purchase a partner table for each day they would like to participate. Non-exhibiting suppliers are not allowed at the summits.

Social passes will be available but can only be added to a full conference registration. Ideal for spouses, partners, and travel companions, social passes grant access to select social events during the summit.
