2021 Contractor of the Year

It’s not an award you seek out. It’s one that finds you. It’s an award given to the residential service company – from among our 4,800 current members – that “best demonstrates the core values of service to the community, creative innovations, profitable growth, and fun.”According to company president David Daffan, “Winning Contractor of the Year is more about our amazing team than just any one person.  It shows not only that we treat our customers right but that we take phenomenal care of our team too. At the end of the day, that’s what it’s about.”

And talk about great timing – 2021 also marks the company’s 20^th year in business – an accomplishment in its own right. Earlier in the year, company co-founder Tom Peregrino accepted a position with Service Nation. Tom sold his portion of the company to David Daffan to pursue his interests in consulting with other HVAC companies to help them achieve their maximum potential.  “It’s a very natural transition for our team and not one that was unexpected,” says David.
