Timothy O’Donnell

IRONMAN Champion Timothy O’Donnell is one of the most accomplished long distance triathletes in American history, with more than 20 professional victories and over 50 podium finishes across the world’s toughest endurance races. In 2021, at the height of his career, Tim experienced a life threatening cardiac event during a race, an event that forced him to rebuild his understanding of performance, resilience, and leadership from the ground up. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he is also an ITU Long Distance World Champion and made history at the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, the sport’s most prestigious 140.6 mile race, when he became the first American ever to finish the legendary course in under eight hours. Today Tim works with organizations around the world through his keynote Resilience: Built Forward. His work gives leaders practical tools to reset under pressure, reframe adversity, and rebuild forward when everything does not go according to plan.
