IRONMAN Champion Timothy O'Donnell is one of the most accomplished long-distance triathletes in American history, with more than 20 professional victories and over 50 podium finishes across the world's toughest endurance races.
In 2021, at the height of his career, Tim experienced a life-threatening cardiac event during a race—an event that forced him to rebuild his understanding of performance, resilience, and leadership from the ground up. He made history at the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona when he became the first American ever to finish the legendary 140.6-mile course in under eight hours.
