  • We value diversity and inclusivity. Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated.
  • Discussions around race, religion, sexual orientation, and divisive political topics should be avoided to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Hate speech, derogatory language, or inflammatory content of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Quality Contributions

  • Share valuable insights, experiences, and industry knowledge that can benefit the community.
  • Avoid spreading misinformation—if you’re unsure, research before posting.
  • Keep promotional content relevant and within designated spaces.

No Spam or Unsolicited Promotions

  • Self-promotion, advertisements, or solicitations are only allowed in designated areas or with prior approval. Prior approval can be obtained by submitting a request to the Service Nation Rewards Team, including the below information; we will provide you with an overview of the process upon receipt of the request:
    • Type of promotion (advertisement, vendor announcement, event, and etc.);
    • Description of the offering;
    • Target audience;
    • Proposed posting date and duration; and
    • Any additional materials, links, and images to be included in the post.
  • Avoid excessive posting of links, repetitive content, or irrelevant promotions.

Ethical Business Practices

  • Discussions should align with legal and ethical business practices.
  • No endorsement or discussion of fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe business activities.

Collaboration Over Competition

  • This is a space for mutual growth, —compete fairly and ethically.
  • Support fellow contractors and vendors by sharing insights rather than tearing others down.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of others; —do not share personal or business-sensitive information without appropriate consent.
  • Do not post customer details, private conversations, or any confidential business information.

Keep It Relevant

  • Stay on topic within each discussion thread and avoid off-topic or irrelevant posts.
  • Use the appropriate categories or forums for different topics to keep the platform organized.

Reporting & Moderation

  • If you see a post that violates these guidelines, report it to the moderators rather than engaging in disputes.
  • Repeated violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the platform.

Compliance with Laws & Regulations

  • Ensure that discussions and shared information comply with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Do not discuss illegal business practices, unlicensed work (where required), or safety violations.
