Tom Peregrino

With over 30 years in home services, Tom Peregrino is a seasoned industry authority. After starting in sales, he owned and operated Daffan Cooling and Heating, earning the 2020 Service Nation Alliance Contractor of the Year award. Following the sale of his company, Tom served as VP of Coaching and later President of Service Nation (2023–2025). Now an industry consultant and John Maxwell certified coach, Tom specializes in DiSC behavioral sciences. He is dedicated to helping contractors and their teams eliminate friction to achieve their individual goals while enjoying more time with his grandkids.
